The SENECT Solenoid Valve O2 M7 is specifically designed for use in oxygen aeration systems for aquaculture and is available in several versions: for either 230 V AC or 24 V DC operating voltage, and in two functional types – normally open or normally closed. This flexibility allows you to adapt the valve precisely to your technical setup and safety requirements. In emergency situations such as a power outage, the correct valve configuration can be crucial – ensuring that oxygen supply remains uninterrupted and protecting your stock.
Oxygenation in Aquaculture – Why It Matters
A stable oxygen level in the water is essential for the health, growth, and well-being of fish in aquaculture. Especially under high stocking densities, elevated water temperatures, or in recirculating systems, a precisely controlled oxygen supply is critical. It is designed for direct control via SENECT controllers and comes with two included hose connections. For added convenience, the valve can also be pre-mounted on the SENECT Flow Regulator DY112.
