Personal data is information,which is related to the person of the customer. The SENECT GmbH & Co. KG is comitted to the prinicpal of data accumulation avoidance. This means that the storage of personal data is minimized.
b) Useage
Personal data is used only for the initiation or fulfillment of a contract and is not passed to third-parties. The use of personal data is only used in its minimized form to manage customer accounts, to fulfill and process orders or if SENECT GmbH & Co. KG is forced by law or court decision or to avoid abuse against our general terms of business.
c) Right to appeal
The customer can always reject the storage of his or her personal data with the exception of the data required to fulfill a valid contract between the customer and SENECT GmbH & Co. KG.
d) Right for information about stored personal data
Upon written requests, SENECT GmbH & Co. KG will inform the customer about all data which are related to his / her person.
e) Right for correction, deletion and blocking of data
The customer has the right that wrong personal data is corrected, deleted or blocked upon request. The exercise of the here listed data protection rights are free of charge and can be requested with the contact form on our website.
§ 2 User and registration data
To use our website, user and registration data is only stored if necessary. Potential data from the user (e.g. which operation system is used) and IP-adresses (with the last parts masked to avoid possible tracking) are only stored for statistical purposes and not related to any person.
§ 3 Data security
a) Data security
All data on www.senect.de are protected by technical and organizational means against loss, destruction, useage or change or spread by third parties. However, the SENECT GmbH & Co. KG is not liable for the destruction or damage of data.
b) Sessions and cookies
On its website, the SENECT GmbH & Co. KG can use cookies or server-side sessions which can store data. Cookies are files which were stored on the hard disk of the user to have this data available the next time, the customer visits the website. You can deny and delete cookies in your browser settings. SENECT GmbH & Co. KG ensures that no personal data is used from cookies or sessions.
§ 4 Newsletter
In case you want to receive our newsletter, we will use only the necessary data to send you the newsletter. In this case, your email adress will be used for marketing purposes until you unsubscribed. You can always unsubscribe by contacting us e.g. via our contact form on our website.
§ 5 The SENECT Control App
If you are downloading one of our Apps on and app store, the app store host is your contracting party. Therefore have all data protection measures of the app store host priority, also with respect to the user input data. SENECT GmbH & Co. KG commits itself to handle all personal data received from the app store host with respect to the current EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). SENECT GmbH & Co. KG will not pass this data to third parties.
The android version of the SENECT Control App requires the access to the location information to show available wifi networks. At most devices, you can allow and deny the access to the location information in the settings menu. If you have question for the deactivation of the location information oder the data sent by your device to third parties, contact the producer of your device and your mobile phone network provider.
The access to the disk space of your device is required to save the settings. No personal data is written by the SENECT Control App.
§ 6 Third party services
Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis tool from Google (Google Inc.,1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA („Google“)) which uses and saves via this tool data, which were used by pseudonym user accounts. These pseudonym user accounts are used to analyse the behaviour of users to increase the content quality of the page. Google Analytics uses cookies (small files which were saved on your computer) to enable the analyzation of the useage of the website by you. The generated information are typically transmitted to a server of Google in the USA. In case of IP-anonymization (which we use here) will your IP adress be shortened and on servers within members of the European Union stored. By order of the hoster of this website will Google use this information to create reports of the website activities and to fulfill other services to the hoster. The IP adress used by Google Analytics will not be used with other data from Google. Also the pseudonym user account data will not be used without explicit agreement of the user. You can deactivate the storage of cookies in your browser software, but we inform you that some features of this website might not work completely. You can also deactivate the use of stored data by Google by useing the tool available under the link http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de. If you use mobile devices you can use an opt-out cookie (download here ) to block the use of data by Google Analytics.
