Ordering

You can order SENECT products by letter, fax, email, telephone, or directly from us here. Alternatively, our products are available from specialist retailers. Get in touch with us—we will be happy to recommend a retailer in your area!

Delivery/Delivery restrictions

We deliver within Germany in 2 to 7 business days.

We deliver within the EU in 2 to 14 business days.

We only ship products via our online shop within the EU and Switzerland. For orders outside the EU, please do not use the online shop checkout, but contact us directly by email, fax, or phone.

If your order exceeds 20 kg in shipping weight, it will either be shipped in several boxes, if possible, or delivered by a freight forwarder. For the latter, please contact us directly instead of checking out via the online shop!

Payment

Payment can be made via PayPal or bank transfer in advance. In the latter case, the delivery period begins on the day the payment is received.
