RMA Form
Before you can send us a defective product, it is necessary to apply for an RMA number. After sending this the contact form you will receive a confirmation with an RMA number. Please print it out and enclose it together with a copy of the proof of purchase or otherwise attach it to te return package. Please describe te problem as precisely a possible and pack the defective product securely for transport (preferably in the original packaging).
