You can order SENECT products by post, fax, email, phone, or directly from us here. Alternatively, our products are also available from specialist retailers. Contact us – we are happy to recommend a dealer near you!
Delivery / Delivery Restrictions
Within Germany, we deliver within 2 to 7 working days.
Within the EU (outside Germany), we deliver within 2 to 14 working days.
We only ship products from our online shop within the EU and Switzerland. For orders outside the EU, please do not use the online shop checkout – instead, contact us directly by email, fax, or phone.
If your order exceeds 20 kg in shipping weight, it will either be shipped in multiple parcels where possible, or delivered by freight carrier. In the latter case, please contact us directly rather than checking out through the online shop!

Shipping, packaging, and transport insurance costs are calculated based on weight, order value, and destination country.

Payment
Payment is possible via PayPal or bank transfer (prepayment). For bank transfers, the delivery period begins on the day your payment is received.
