Control units of the ONE product line can measure and regulate one water parameter (e.g. Oxygen with Solenoid Valve) control an automatic feeder and trigger alarms.

Due to their versatility, ONE controllers are ideally suited for small aquaculture farms or as a local control for individual tanks in larger systems.

Example: Oxygen regulation and monitoring

A connected oxygen sensor O2S continuously measures the dissolved oxygen in the water. If the concentration drops below a preset threshold value, the controller activates aeration (e.g. an oxygen solenoid valve or a paddlewheel aerator via the Power Switch).

If the oxygen value falls below a critical alarm threshold, the unit issues an alarm (acoustic, optical or via WLAN to the smartphone).

Clever aeration control

Save oxygen: Aeration is only switched on when it is really needed.
Save electricity: In systems with aeration by paddle wheel aerators or injectors, electricity can be saved by demand-oriented aeration.
Safety: Constant monitoring protects against fish loss.

Automatic feeding control

In addition to the extensive time-dependent feeding programs, the feeding can also be regulated depending on the water parameters (e.g. temperature or oxygen). If the oxygen level is too low, the feeding can be paused to protect the fish.

Installation

Install the controller in a weather-protected location (e.g. feeding house, shelter or directly on the pond). Insert the sensor into the water and connect it to the controller. The outputs are connected to the actuators (e.g. oxygen valve, feeder or alarm).

All connections are realized with plug connections. This enables quick, cost-effective and safe installation.

Ideally suited for fish or shrimp ponds

Measure and regulate the oxygen content in the pond (e.g. control paddle wheel aerators)
Feed continuously with an automatic feeder
Monitor water quality and receive alarms in case of emergencies
Cost-effective: High-voltage cables are only required for the aerator and controller

Overview of SENECT control units

¹ Functions controlled by water level measurement are only available when connecting an optionally available SENECT Level Probe PS or Level Sensor EPS. These functions include: level-based cleaning trigger, emergency shut-off, Eco Mode, Dynamic Mode.
