The Mobeye 4G Dialer CM4040 (CM-Guard) is a high-performance alarm dialer designed for demanding aquaculture facilities, recirculating aquaculture systems (RAS), and critical industrial installations. Equipped with four potential-free dry contact inputs, the unit can track and monitor up to four distinct alarm signals simultaneously.

Whenever a connected SENECT control unit detects a critical event – such as a drop in oxygen levels, abnormal water temperatures, or improper water levels – the module immediately triggers an emergency alarm. This provides you and your technical on-call team with instantaneous details on which specific channel was tripped, allowing for immediate corrective action.

Pre-assembled for the SENECT actuator output

This specific variant (Item No. 3604) is delivered complete with pre-assembled cables designed specifically for the actuator output of your SENECT controller. It is the ideal choice when connecting the dialer directly to relay- and actuator-driven control channels:

Targeted threshold alerting: When the SENECT controller activates an emergency actuator (such as a solenoid valve for technical emergency oxygenation), the CM4040 instantly receives the switching signal and sends out immediate calls and messages.
Custom alarm descriptions: Through the Mobeye online portal, you can define individual alarm texts for each of the four inputs (e.g. “Alarm Basin 1 O2 Critical”) as well as individual alarm delays.

Maximum operational safety with dual battery and mains support

Thanks to the included industrial lithium batteries (2x CR123), the dialer functions entirely self-sufficiently for over a year even during a complete mains blackout. When connected to an external 12–24 V DC power source, the internal batteries act as an automatic backup with a life expectancy exceeding 3 years, while the unit actively reports power failure and power restoration events. Automated test reports (“Keep-Alive”) continuously verify network reachability.

Notice regarding SIM card and commissioning:

Ready to use: A pre-configured Mobeye multi-network SIM card is included in the package. In combination with the Mobeye Internet Portal and the Mobeye Messages App (for iOS and Android), it enables convenient online programming, push notifications, voice calls, SMS, and email alerts. Alternatively, the device can also be operated with a standard third-party SIM card for direct SMS and call alerting.
